Xinmin Primary school and Xinmin Secondary School are also good schools that are just slightly further away from the schools we have listed above. The Punggol South Park is also not far away.

While the east is being developed, there are great plans announced for Paya Lebar and Punggol, and both of these towns are close to Hougang. The Punggol Digital District in the future will be a smart and integrated district with green technology. The area will be focused on social interaction, greeneries and industries like cybersecurities and Information Technology will be primarily situated there. The Singapore Institute of Technology (SIT) will also be there in the future. This also means that there will be a lot of jobs being created in the area and it is good news because of the wider tenant pool from professionals and expatriates. Similarly, the Paya Lebar Air Base will also be shifted, height controls may be lifted and commercial activities may be more active in the future. This can also widen the tenant pool. Since Hougang is near to all these future developments, the prices of Parkwood Collection are likely to be affected as well. The question is, do you think the price of the development will be higher now, when everything is not built yet, or in the future, when all of these amenities are already in place?
